The Council of Young Scientists is a public body under the INTS Directorate representing the interests of young scientists and specialists of the Institute. Young scientists are considered to be researchers, postgraduates, doctoral students and young specialists of INTS, as well as students studying at the basic department of the Institute at SevSU. The age of a young scientist should not exceed 36 years.

PURPOSE OF THE WORK
The purpose of the Council is to assist in realizing the scientific potential of young INTS scientists, improving their professional level by actively participating in the development of fundamental and applied science and attracting talented and interested young people to further assist in finding employment at the Institute.
MAIN TASKS
– interaction with the management of the Institute in order to assist young INTS scientists in conducting fundamental and applied research, improving their professional level and finding ways to solve social and everyday problems;
– assistance in popularizing the activities of the Institute, establishing information interaction with young scientists of research institutes and higher educational institutions of Russia and abroad;
– search for information and informing young scientists about grant support for youth, youth forums, conferences and other scientific and public activities;
– organization and holding of cultural events for the purpose of team building.
