On November 8, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “ECS – 2023”
On November 8, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Environmental Control Systems – 2023” opened in Sevastopol. Recall that the organizers of the conference: Institute of Natural and Technical Systems, Sevastopol State University, Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Sevastopol, Academician Y.A. Israel Institute of Global Climate and Ecology, Sevastopol City Branch of the Russian Geographical Society, A.M. Obukhov Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The event will discuss the results of modern scientific achievements in the field of studying the state of the environment and climate, as well as the development of advanced methods and technologies for monitoring this state.
The conference is held in full-time and correspondence mode. About 200 scientists from Russia (from Vladivostok to St. Petersburg and from Murmansk to Sochi), as well as foreign colleagues take part in its work. Plenary reports will be heard and the work of the following three sections will be organized:
1) Global and regional climate and environmental changes;
2) Methods and means of measuring the parameters of the natural environment;
3) Ecology of nature management.
After the plenary reports, the sections “Methods and means of measuring the parameters of the natural environment” and the poster session of the section “Methods and means of measuring the parameters of the natural environment” opened their work, at which oral reports were heard. Colleagues were able to exchange views and discuss the reports of the conference participants.
The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.
